I'm so excited to share this album which I made with a wonderful friend and excellent producer, Cualli! We worked closely together to create each track from scratch, and each brought the best of our musical and production skills together to create instrumental-electronic fusion like we'd never heard it before! Each track took on a life of its own to form an album with a delightful blend of each of our distinctive styles. I love that there are elements which sound so recognizably Cualli, others which sound so clearly Samuel Wexler, and others that are such a synthesis of inspirations that it become hard to guess who did what! To me this vendiagram of influences and contributions really hits the sweet spot in collaboration, and we can confidently say that neither of us could have imagined making music like this without the other person. I couldn't be more grateful that we decided to cocreate an album that I personally love hearing, and I'm sending lots of love to you as you enjoy it too!
